I pointed to several tools I use on a regular basis as part of the general membership meeting agenda Saturday. On the heels of that presentation comes this story by FWD:Labs on using one of them, Basecamp, for managing your film projects:

If you need to send project summaries or project wrap-ups from Basecamp to stakeholders (or just people who don’t go online), check out http://www.exportreports.com.
Its a new service, currently in beta which allows you to export reports from Basecamp to PDF(with beta pricing starting at $0.99 per report).
