Heya folks! After two years sitting in my “to do” pile, the Hutfield/McShy, 20 minute short is done, posted on the net, entered into the Moxie shorts fest and distributed out to all the participants. I can garantee that the lessons learned will make our next project something special! Oh yeah, our next project… For some time I’ve been touting the concept of a film inspired by that popular 90’s video game, Redneck Rampage. Well, that title has been optioned from a French media mega-corporation by Columbia Pictures but that doesn’t mean that I cannot push forward with my own screenplay simultaneously, as redneck zombie fever may break just around the corner.. The Albino Farm movie is in post at this very moment! I see a genre lurching about not too far in the distance.
I would like to invite anyone who is interested to get ahold of me in regard to participation in my project which is in pre-production now and will be shot in the springtime. At this time we are looking for assistance in these areas..
+ additional make-up special effects persons or assistants
+ a fight choreographer
+ a location scout who can also perform the task of securing locations (locations needed are presently a farm with a tall wooden fence somewhere on the property and a small town square)
+ a prop master (we hope to appropriate a convertable car, a motorcycle and a school bus)
We already have a weapons handler and some great actors on board for the project but we need..
+ a young actress who has some martial arts experience
This film will be produced on industry-grade equipment and will be shot in early spring. The film will be released to an international audience. We promise that the participants will be rewarded for their efforts and hope to offer them some recompense at the time of their initial contributions.
I will accept any level of participation.. even if you just wanna be a zombie, get ahold of me ASAP! And spread the word! Maybe you missed out on the Albino Farm movie, DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS!
As always, thanks for all your support! -Johnno
